GENERAL IGNORANCE

My final peice of work from university. This project was intended as a wider reaching version of the Buff Project. As well as trying to subvert advertising I wanted to examin the concept of photographs as precious objects and art. The project was undertaken in three stages, first to record local features, second to put these images out of context on high street shopfronts and lastly to present the collected photographs in a series of fly exhibitions to confront the accepted norm of exhibition.
